Dockside Village General Comments:

This intimate enclave on the shores of Georgian Bay features multi-level units with accoutrements such as interlocking brick driveways, ensuites, attached garages with inside entry, central air conditioning, forced air gas furnaces, central vac, and full basements.  With the deck and beach area having waterfront access, this mature development on Georgian Bay appeals to many, particularly with it’s proximity to Blue Mountain (6-7 minute drive) or downtown Collingwood (5 minute drive.)  Stairs may be an issue for some people.

The chart above covers the period from September to September of the years 2009/2010, 2010/2011 and 2011/2012.  In 2009/2010 there was only one sale in that time period of a 1500 square foot unit.  In the 2010/2011 period, 4 units sold: 3 of which were in the 1500 sq.ft. range and one larger 2293 sq.ft. unit sold.  In the third time period shown on the chart, three units have sold: 2 of the 1500 sq.ft. variety and one a little larger at 1744 sq.ft.
