I came across this great little video at Oakland County – Detroit area REALTOR®, Maureen Francis’s blog who in turn got it from San Diego’s Kris Berg who in turn found it on the Agent Genius website. (Who says viral marketing doesn’t work?)
It’s a fun little piece that gives fun and solid good advice to Sellers on preparing their homes for sale.
